Shipping policy

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. Each product is made fresh daily, and some specialty or exclusive items—such as Bites, Stiks, Relleno de Guayaba, and Relleno de Coco—may require an additional day before shipping.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Please note that UPS and USPS do not typically pick up packages on weekends, so orders finished late Thursday, Friday, or during the weekend will usually ship the following Monday or next business day.
This helps ensure your products remain in a climate-controlled environment rather than sitting in transit over the weekend.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Transit Time

Normal delivery times are 5–7 business days under our Free Economy Shipping rate. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
During the summer months, we automatically upgrade all shipments to UPS Ground (2–3 days) to better protect your order from heat exposure.

Warm Weather Handling

During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect temperature-sensitive products. However, Nuestra Nostalgia is not responsible for melting or heat damage once your package has left our facility.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, you can select overnight or express UPS shipping during checkout or contact us directly for assistance.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping options will be available soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@nuestranostalgia.com, and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.
